A DISCO FARE

The shining globe,

 disco globe with instant musk,

 scented melodies with instant touch,

 dancing to the upper core,

or maybe the times swaying to rhythms,

 with rainbow music,

 heighten defects,

swapping heads’ places, as a pleasure forms blisters.

With Nintendo players,

red plastic cups saying cheers in hurry,

and moist sundown as lyrics fade into chaotic menace,

with boldened desires and earthly flutters,

 butterfly stomachs begging for joy.

Neon sky rocks bring rocky fever,

as white powders choke spiked drinks to bring sorrow to joy,

 to bring defence to offense,

 buying devil through drunken voices.

With spicy tones in icy ears,

don’t you hear those talks, or gossips of secret desires?

Or you may hear those broken love scenes, cries of agony —

Oh, I lost her, how could she?”

Maybe hearing those rave scenes of victory beers…

Or scented tars,

smoky dares puffing those lungs with black tears,

as anxiety slips in air as love.

Just as love in air, agony in flare.

Like those ladies waiting for fiction men,

in puffy silks and mystery eyes,

hoping to find love —

 dear, what a holy match.

Waiting in glittery dresses,

 fading smiles,

with dazzled eyes only for tears.

And lovely men gambling life,

for all they had was money in flames,

 with women as claims,

 now dares as foes,

with flesh for death, and gun for life —

so, want to join this party

  1. Hey there, it’s latin poems. “A Disco Fare” is a poem about glitter fading into silence — where the glamour of the night hides exhaustion, and the farewell lingers in memory. It’s less about the party itself, more about what remains when the lights are gone.
To my readers: I think you’ll enjoy this poem for the way it blends cinematic imagery with raw emotion. It’s written to let you feel the aftertaste of a night once full of light, and to remind you how echoes of music can stay long after the song ends. I hope you enjoy my poems and find your own reflections in them.
